Commitment to Transparency
For years there was a conviction that issues of integrity were not attributable to the private sector. However, the events known worldwide in recent years have shown us that business ethics applies to all actors in society, whether public or private. These same events have motivated us to recognize that it is no longer enough to comply with the law, but that we are required and must demand more of ourselves.

As part of our Global Sustainability Strategy, , and in each of its subsidiaries, Belltech has committed to developing all its activities with high ethical standards, considering this measure as a fundamental pillar of our actions. Thus, we have developed and shared a Code of Ethics, constant training and Reporting Channels, , in order to reaffirm our commitment to our ecosystem of clients, partners, collaborators, directors, shareholders and society in general.
In addition, we are incorporating a Crime Prevention Model throughout our organization, which will ensure a strengthening of our internal controls, including our relationships with suppliers and allies. Within the framework of these commitments, Belltech has adopted a Personal Data Protection Policy that establishes clear guidelines for the proper treatment of the personal information of our clients, employees, suppliers and other interested parties. This policy is governed by the legal provisions in force in each country where we operate, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union, the Privacy Protection Law of Chile and the Personal Data Protection Laws of Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Brazil and Uruguay.
